One-to-many

The process a CRINDATA customer (a financial institution, TPSP, or Subcontractor) manages relationships, communicates, shares documents, and collaborates with multiple parties with a single or limited number of communications. This is distinguished from one-to-one relationship management in which every communication, document share, etc. is a custom one-to-one interaction.

Undoubtedly, one-to-one communications are sometimes necessary, but CRINDATA believes that mush of what is accomplished in the crises and chain risk management space is efficiently and effectively handled “one-to-many.”
