The risk that in connection with a Critical Dependency supported by a TPSP with one or more Subcontractors (which may include party who serves the subcontractor (i.e., a subcontractor to a Subcontractor)) there is a service disruption or cybersecurity event among any of the parties involved that will adversely affect a Critical Dependency.
